Charles Joseph Fleischmann[1][2] (/ˈflʃmən/ FLYSHE-mən;[3] born October 11, 1962)[4] is an American attorney and politician who has been the U.S. representative for Tennessee's 3rd congressional district since 2011. The district is based in Chattanooga and includes a large part of East Tennessee, including Oak Ridge. He is a member of the Republican Party.
