Constance Ann Citro (née Forbes; born June 9, 1942)[1] is an American political scientist and statistician. She is the former director of the Committee on National Statistics[2] of the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine and works as a senior scholar for the Committee on National Statistics.[3]
