David Henry Rockwell (July 27, 1823 - May 11, 1899) was a miller from Oconomowoc, Wisconsin (originally from New York) who served a single one-year term as a member of the Wisconsin State Assembly in 1849 (the 2nd Wisconsin Legislature).[1]
