D. Jagatheesa Pandian (born 11 May 1955) is an Indian civil servant from Nagercoil. He is the current Vice President and chief investment officer of Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank. He previously served as IAS officer of Gujarat cadre and Chief Secretary of Gujarat.
