Daniel Gibson Knowlton (November 14, 1922 – June 11, 2015) was an American classicist bookbinder at Brown University.[4] Knowlton was the nephew of illustrator Charles Dana Gibson and a descendant of Plymouth Colony governor William Bradford.[5]
