Daniel Ray Gonzales (born January 13, 1976) is an American football coach and former player. He is the linebackers coach and special teams coordinator at the University of Arizona, a position he has held since 2024. He previously was the head football coach at the University of New Mexico from 2020 to 2023.[1] Prior to 2018, Gonzales had spent his college coaching career on Rocky Long's staffs at the University of New Mexico and San Diego State University.
