Danya Taymor is an American theatre director. She won the Tony Award for Best Direction of a Musical for The Outsiders.[1] A graduate of Duke University, her aunt is the acclaimed theatre and film director Julie Taymor.
In 2025, Taymor is set to direct John Proctor is the Villain on Broadway.[2]
