David Michael Doogan (born 4 March 1973) is a Scottish National Party (SNP) politician who has served as the Member of Parliament (MP) for Angus and Perthshire Glens, previously Angus, since 2019. Doogan was the SNP's Energy Security and Net Zero Spokesperson between September 2023 to July 2024.[1]
