David Milton Stalls (born September 19, 1955) is an American former professional football defensive end in the National Football League (NFL) for the Dallas Cowboys, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and Los Angeles Raiders. He also was a member of the Denver Gold in the United States Football League (USFL). He played college football at the University of Northern Colorado.
