David Douglas Garrard (born February 14, 1978) is an American former professional football quarterback who played in the National Football League (NFL) for 10 seasons. He played college football for the East Carolina Pirates and was selected by the Jacksonville Jaguars in the fourth round of the 2002 NFL draft. Garrard spent nine seasons with the Jaguars, leading them to their first playoff win since 1999 in 2007. He was selected to the Pro Bowl in 2009. He also spent time with the Miami Dolphins and New York Jets.
