Delroy Chuck KC is a Jamaican lawyer, journalist and politician. He is currently (2016) the member of parliament for the constituency of Saint Andrew North Eastern and the Minister of Justice. Chuck previously served as the Minister of Justice from 2011 to 2012 and as the Speaker of the House of Representatives from 2007 to 2011. He joined the Jamaica Labour Party in 1995 and first contested St. Andrew North Eastern seat in 1997, an election in which he was victorious. He has held his seat ever since and won his fifth term in Parliament in 2016.
