Garfield, the 20th President of the United States.[1][2] Published by Doubleday (an imprint of Knopf Doubleday Publishing Group, owned by Random House[3]) on 20 September 2011, it later went on to win the Edgar Award for Best Fact Crime in 2012.[4]
In 2024 Netflix announced plans to adapt the book into a miniseries starring Michael Shannon as Garfield and Matthew Macfadyen as Guiteau.[5][6]
