The diagnostic enterprise method is a management theory based on Frederick Winslow Taylor's principles, focusing on developing new ways in which companies can change their internal structure without outside help. These techniques help to find opportunity areas in the company that can be corrected without affecting the enterprise development. The methods are applicable at a low cost in terms of money, time, and training to almost any enterprise.
