Richard J. Harwood (born October 4, 1947 in St. Maries, Idaho)[1] is a Republican Idaho State Representative since 2002 representing District 2 in the B seat.[2] Harwood served consecutively in the Idaho House of Representatives in 2001 and 2002 when the seat was in District 7. Harwood announced February 23, 2012, that he would not be seeking re-election.
