Dorcas Affo-Toffey (4 May 1972)[1] is a Ghanaian entrepreneur, philanthropist and politician.[2] She is a member of the National Democratic Congress (NDC).[3][4][5] She is the member of parliament for the Jomoro Constituency in the Western Region.[6]
