Douglas Hill (born 16 January 1985) is a Scottish retired footballer who played as a defender. He is currently the manager of Lowland League side Cowdenbeath.
At the start of the 2022/2023 season Hill took on the role as assistant manager while playing when required at Kelty Hearts now has now been named manager at Cowdenbeath FC.
He has previously played for Alloa Athletic, twice with Cowdenbeath twice, Raith Rovers, Dumbarton, Brechin City, Kelty Hearts and Berwick Rangers.
