AirSeven is a Danish charter airline operating under Copenhagen AirTaxi's AOC.[1][2][3] Owned by the Danish tour group Primo Tours,[4][5][6] AirSeven offers holiday charter, ad-hoc charter and ACMI leasing services, with a focus on tourist charters.[7][8][9][5] Founded in 2020 during the Covid-19 pandemic, the airline is based at Roskilde airport.[10][11]
On the 3rd of December, AirSeven received its first two 737-400 aircraft (OY-ASA And OY-ASB), dating from 1990 and 1992 respectively.[12] Both planes are equipped with seating for 168 passengers.[7][8][10] Two years later on December 2022, AirSeven acquired their first 737-800 (OY-ASD in an effort to replace the older 737-400 models.[4][13] Leased from the Air Lease Corporation,[4] OY-ASD was previously stored at Woensdrecht Air Base before being delivered to AirSeven.[4] OY-ASD had previously been owned by Norwegian Air Shuttle and Ukraine International Airlines.[13][5]
As a virtual airline, AirSeven outsources most of its functions and operations to third-party providers[2][4][3] by operating charter flights and leasing planes for individual flights rather than establishing scheduled routes.[12] The fleet is being operated by Copenhagen AirTaxi.[3]
