Aranmula Kottaram, also known as Aranmula Mangattu Kottaram, is a historic palace located in Aranmula, a culturally rich village in Kerala, India. The palace holds significant historical and religious importance. It serves as a halting point for the sacred Thiruvabharana Khosha Yatra, a sacred procession that carries the holy ornaments for Lord Ayyappa of Sabarimala Temple and the Pandalam Palace. The palace is situated near the iconic Aranmula Parthasarathy Temple, with the serene Holy Pamba River flowing nearby. Remarkably, the palace continues to be a residence for members of the royal family, preserving its grandeur and historical essence.
