Arctic Canadian Diamond Company is a Canadian diamond mining company wholly owned by Burgundy Diamond Mines Limited. Burgundy Diamond Mines purchased Arctic Canadian and 100 percent of its assets including Ekati Diamond Mine in July 2023 and continues to operate as a subsidiary[3]. Burgundy Diamond Mines is publicly traded on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX:BDM).

Aside from its corporate office in Calgary,[4] it also has cleaning and sorting facilities in Yellowknife and Mumbai and a marketing office in Antwerp, Belgium.
