Calstart is a non-profit organization for zero-emission transportation. It administers governmental programs, the majority funded by the California Air Resources Board and the California Energy Commission,[1] and provides policy analysis to support clean technology and infrastructure acceleration.[2] It is headquartered in Pasadena, California.[3] Candid, an independent charity evaluator, has given Calstart a Platinum Transparency rating.[4]
