The Castlemaine to Maldon trail is a cycling and walking rail trail in central Victoria and is located 120 km north west of Melbourne. Trail stretches 15.7 km with two sections, Castlemaine to Muckleford (8km) and Muckleford to Maldon (9.7km).
The trail is fully unpaved utilizing Compacted earth, Crushed granite, Fine gravel. The path is easily accessible on hybrid, gravel, or mountain bikes.
