Comment: Sources like YouTube and Medium are usually not considered reliable. Most sources are not independent in relation to the subject, and, although they can provide information on uncontroversial statements, do not contribute towards passing the general notability guideline. I am skeptical about the podcasts. Furthermore, I would like to note on a few other possible improvements.*Only capitalize the first letter of the first word for headers,*Fix the paramount source's format,*Consider the level of reliability of the podcasts,*Read about MOS:FORMAT and other considerable MOS guidelines. Mike Bayer (born September 19, 1979) is an American life coach, author, and CEO of CAST Centers,[1] a treatment and wellness center located in West Hollywood, California, and Alamosa, Colorado. He is known for his work in the fields of addiction recovery and mental health, as well as for his appearances on the Dr. Phil television show. Bayer is a member of the Dr. Phil Advisory Board, providing insights on mental health and wellness.[2]
