Comment: A lot of citations are WP:VALNET, which do not confer notability and is a generally low-quality source due to being a content farm, or WP:PRIMARY, hailing from Fandom, which is not secondary of the subject. The History section lacks any form of coverage on the actual community and only on things randomly mentioned by other sources in a broader topic, and Reception is primarily sourced to a PRIMARY source and trivial mentions. The entire "cited as a resource" section is also not valid for conferring notability, as generally being cited a lot doesn't confer notability, and the subject is relatively unmentioned outside of being cited in the article.I'm seeing very little WP:SIGCOV on this subject overall, and the current article is very barebones in terms of notability as it stands. Every source that is citing some important event featuring this subject is either cited PRIMARY or is just mentioned as being one of many groups participating in a major event, which does not grant independent notability.
