Mohamed Qasem Khudair (born on June 9, 1966) is a Kuwaiti electronics engineer, former assistant professor, with a doctorate in the Department of Electronic Engineering Technology previously at the College of Technological Studies.[1], and a consultant at the Kuwait Foundation for the Advancement of Sciences, publisher and scientific communicator at the level of the Arab world, working on Spreading knowledge through the Sciware Podcast, television programs, public lectures, YouTube program, books and social networks. His father, Qasem Khudair Qasem, was the first person to teach the subject of Chemistry in Kuwaiti high schools, and the first Kuwaiti and Gulf writer to write horror literature.

One of Dr. Mohamed Qasem’s main interests is to spread science in the Arab world. He was featured on the Nature magazine of the Middle East, as one of the six best science communicators in the Arab world[2], as he gives many lectures in the Gulf countries and is a very prolific scientific communicator. Dr. Mohamed Qasem has appeared in several television programs, including appearances in interviews from channels as Al-Arabiya Channel, France 24 , Abu Dhabi TV, Marina FM, Al-Majd TV, and an interview at the World Summit of Governments, in which he wrote many articles in newspapers about his publication of knowledge. In addition, Dr. Mohamed Qasem has given many lectures and seminars on science in the Arab world, and he has previously written many scientific articles on Al-Jazeera Net. He wrote two scientific books, one of which was chosen to be part of the twelfth grade curriculum in the United Arab Emirates .

He has judged many scientific competitions for inventions, and innovations in the State of Kuwait, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates .
