Comment: Natalia Starr was deleted from Wikipedia per editor consensus at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Natalia Starr (2nd nomination) in 2016. This new draft does not overcome the issues that got the article deleted. The only independent sources are two low-reputation tabloids, Super Express and Fakt, already considered in that AfD.
