Each of the referenes should be in the body of the article, at the end of the sentence they reference. You need to continue work on both of those. 2 is easy to solve. 1, not so easy. It may be that there are just not the references needed, in which case, no article. If that is the ase, you might consider adding a sentence or two at Ottawa#Education. |

The Collegiate institute Board of Ottawa (C.I.B.O) is a former Public Secondary School Board in Ottawa, Ontario up until its amalgamation in 1970. Its main role was to provide secondary education in English to the city. It served the city successfully for 96 years until its amalgamation where it would be merged with other boards.
