  • Comment: Zero evidence of notability per WP:GNG. I declined this earlier for the same reason, and nothing has been done to address that issue. Quarto is a free and open-source scientific and technical publishing system[6][7][8] developed by Posit PBC, the developer of RStudio and Tidyverse.[9]

Quarto converts a Quarto document into HTML, PDF, or other document formats, using Pandoc as the core alongside other software such as Jupyter.[10]
