Biography:
Siddhartha Dan, born on March 14, 1999, is the fifth eldest of his generation. His father, Subir Kumar Dan, transitioned from being a businessman in his father's cloth store to running his tent house in Chandil before becoming a middle school teacher. Education:
Siddhartha Dan completed his M.Tech in Biotechnology from I.K. Gujral Punjab Technical University, Jalandhar. He is pursuing his Ph.D. in Biotechnology while holding a Teaching Assistantship at Dr. B.R. Ambedkar National Institute of Technology, Jalandhar. Awards and Recognition:
In 2021, Siddhartha Dan was honored with the Best Young Scientist Award and the Shaurya Bharat Award. Various scientific societies, including MIAZ, have also recognized him.
Dan has gained research experience through internships at several prestigious institutions, including the Institute of Nuclear Medicine and Allied Sciences (DRDO) in Delhi, the National Institute of Biologicals in Noida, and the Chittaranjan National Cancer Institute in Kolkata. His research focuses on tissue engineering and biomaterial sciences, specifically studying in vivo radiation, excision wound models, dermal toxicity, and radiation decontamination. Siddhartha explores astrobiology, cosmobiology, and ufology, including aerial objects and time travel. He theorizes that time is a vibration of atoms, which varies with circumstances, and while he believes time travel to the past is unlikely, moving into the future might be possible by harnessing these atomic vibrations.
