Drug Wars is a turn-based strategy video game in which the player assumes the role of a drug dealer engaged in arbitrage. Inspired by the text-based BASIC game Star Trader, Drug Wars was written for IBM PC compatibles by John E. Dell and released in 1984.[1] The object of the game is to deal the most drugs to pay off the loan shark by the end of the game and make a profit.
