Richard Duke Buchan III (born July 3, 1963)[1] is an American financier, diplomat, farmer and philanthropist. He is the founder and CEO of Hunter Global Investors,[2] a private investment management firm.[3][4] He served as the United States Ambassador to Spain and Andorra from 2017 to 2021,[5] after which he became the current finance chair of the Republican National Committee.
