Duke Gangneung (died 1146), personal name Wang On (Korean: 왕온; Hanja: 王溫), was a member of the royal family of Goryeo as the grandson of King Munjong.[1] Through his daughters, he became the father-in-law of the three successive kings (Uijong, Myeongjong, Sinjong)[2] and the maternal grandfather of Huijong and Gangjong. He was known before as Marquess Gangneung.[3]
