Dumont High School is a four-year comprehensive public high school that serves students in ninth through twelfth grade from Dumont, in Bergen County, in the U.S. state of New Jersey, operating as the lone secondary school of the Dumont Public Schools.
The school operates under the authority of the New Jersey Department of Education and has been accredited by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Elementary and Secondary Schools since 1939.[4]
As of the 2022–23 school year, the school had an enrollment of 761 students and 64.1 classroom teachers (on an FTE basis), for a student–teacher ratio of 11.9:1. There were 49 students (6.4% of enrollment) eligible for free lunch and 7 (0.9% of students) eligible for reduced-cost lunch.[1]
