Dyaisha Fair (born August 7, 2001) is an American professional basketball player who is a free agent. Fair was the 16th overall pick in the 2024 WNBA draft. She played college basketball at the University at Buffalo and Syracuse University, finishing her career third among the NCAA Division I women's basketball career scoring leaders and having played the most minutes ever in NCAA Division I women's basketball history.[1] As of September 2024, she is on the roster for AL ULA, a professional women's basketball club based in Saudi Arabia. She is signed to play for Haifa in Israel later in the fall.
