Eglin Air Force Base Railroad

One of the U.S. Army ALCO RSD-1 locomotives originally assigned to Eglin Air Force Base, now preserved at the Tennessee Valley Railroad Museum.

The Eglin Air Force Base Railroad was a 45-mile military railroad at Eglin Air Force Base in Florida. It was created in 1951, and was operational until the late 1970s.
