Ehsān-Allāh Khān Dūstdār (Persian: احسان‌الله خان دوستدار), (1883[1] or 1884 – March 10, 1939) also known as "Red Comrade", was an early twentieth century Iranian Marxist revolutionary and leader of the Persian Socialist Soviet Republic.[2] After spending nearly 20 years in exile in the Soviet Union he was executed during Stalin's Great Purge. He was subsequently rehabilitated following Stalin's death.
