Elbert Lin is an American lawyer. He is currently a partner and chair of the Issues and Appeals practice group at Hunton Andrews Kurth as well as a member of the Administrative Conference of the United States and Federalist Society. He previously served as West Virginia's solicitor general and as a law clerk to Clarence Thomas during his tenure on the Supreme Court of the United States.
