Elias I (also Hélie or Élie) (died 11 July 1110),[1] called de la Flèche or de Baugency, was the Count of Maine, succeeding his cousin Hugh V, Count of Maine.

He was the son of Jean de la Flèche (also known as Jean de Beaugency) and Paula, daughter of Herbert I, Count of Maine.[2]

Elias succeeded his father as the third Seigneur (lord) of La Flèche. His own father, Jean had inherited La Flèche despite been the youngest son of Seigneur Lancelin I de Beaugency who was the 1st lord of both Beaugency and La Flèche. Jeans older brother, Lancelin II de Beaugency inherited Beaugency.
