Elizabeth Shown Mills (born 1944) is an American author, historian, and genealogist. She is known for her debut historical novel, Isle of Canes (2004).[3][4][5] Mills served as president of the American Society of Genealogists (ASG), and was also the editor of the National Genealogical Society Quarterly.[3][5][6]
