Eric Reiss (born 1954) is an American business and information architecture theorist, consultant and author, known for his work in the field of information architecture, usability, and service design.[1][2] In 2010, he was named in a blog as "One of the Top 10 European Content Strategists to Watch".[3] In 2019 he sued the Information Architecture Institute following being asked to step down due to multiple accusations of sexual harassment.[4][5]
