Erick M. Carreira (born 1963) is a Cuban-born American organic chemist and professor at ETH Zürich. He is known for his research group's work in total synthesis projects, particularly asymmetric synthesis of complex natural products.[1][2] He became the editor-in-chief of the Journal of the American Chemical Society in 2021.[3][4]
