Eriya Kategaya (4 July 1945 – 2 March 2013) was a Ugandan lawyer and politician. At the time of his death he was Uganda's First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for East African Community Affairs.[1] He was also an ex officio Member of the Ugandan Parliament, on account of being a cabinet minister.
