Ernest Victor Siracusa (November 30, 1918 – April 26, 2000) was an American diplomat. A career Foreign Service Officer, he served as U.S. Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Bolivia (1969–1973) and Uruguay (1973–1977).[1]
