Ernestina Godoy Ramos (born January 17, 1954) is a Mexican lawyer and civil servant who has been the Attorney General of Mexico City from 2018 to 2024. She was briefly a Senator of the Republic in 2024. She has served as Legal Counsel of the Federal Executive under President Claudia Sheinbaum since October 1, 2024. She is a founding member of the National Regeneration Movement (MORENA).
