Esco "Sark" Sarkkinen (April 9, 1918 – February 28, 1998) was an American football player and coach. He played college football at Ohio State University from 1937 to 1939[1] and was a consensus first-team end on the 1939 College Football All-America Team.[2][3] He also served as an assistant coach for the Ohio State Buckeyes football team from 1946 to 1978.[2]
