Eutiquio Boyles (November 21, 1874 – January 15, 1955) was a former governor, presidente municipal of Ubay, Bohol, and member of the Philippine Assembly. He is the inaugural representative from Bohol's 3rd congressional district and served for two consecutive terms (1907–1912).[1]
