Evan Cooper (born June 28, 1962) is an American former professional football player. He played college football as a defensive back at the University of Michigan from 1980 to 1983. He played in the National Football League (NFL) as a safety for the Philadelphia Eagles from 1984 to 1987 and Atlanta Falcons from 1988 to 1989.
