Falih Faisal Fahad Al-Fayyadh (Arabic: فالح الفياض; born 27 March 1956) is an Iraqi politician, former head and advisor of the National Security Council,[1][2][3][4] and currently the chairman of the Popular Mobilization Commission.[5] He is also the founder of the Ataa Movement.
