Fang Fuquan (simplified Chinese: 方复全; traditional Chinese: 方復全; pinyin: Fāng Fùquán; born October 1964) is a Chinese mathematician. He is one of the leading mathematicians in the fields of geometry and topology in China.[2] He is a delegate to the 13th National People's Congress.
