Farid Fazil oghlu Gayibov (Azerbaijani: Fərid Fazil oğlu Qayıbov, born 24 April 1979) is the Minister of Youth and Sports and Vice-President of the National Olympic Committee of Azerbaijan since 2021. He also served as the President of European Gymnastics since 2017 (He was re-appointed to this position in 2022), member of the FIG Executive Committee, Chairman of UNESCO Intergovernmental Committee for Physical Education and Sport (2022-2023). Farid Gayibov has been unanimously elected as a vice-chairman of the International Convention against Doping in Sport on the sidelines of the Conference of Parties (COP) to the International Convention against Doping in Sport held at UNESCO (2023-).
He is re-appointed as the Minister of Youth and Sport in the Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on new composition of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan in February 16, 2024.
