Femina Miss India South is a beauty pageant launched in 2008 by the Times Group, initially selected one representative from Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, and Telangana to compete in the national Femina Miss India pageant. However, since 2017, the format changed to select individual winners from each state, allowing them to represent their respective regions at the national level.[1]
